Gift Card Terms

These terms apply to Gianna Bellucci gift cards bought at giannabellucci.com. The issuer is Gianna Bellucci d.o.o., Cesta dveh cesarjev 393, 1000 Ljubljana.

How a gift card is delivered

A gift card is a digital product. It is sent by email, normally within minutes of your order being paid, either to you or to the recipient you name at checkout. If you choose a delivery date, it is sent on that date. Nothing is shipped and no delivery charge applies.

The email contains the gift card code, a QR code and a link to the card's own page, which always shows the current balance. The card can be printed or added to Apple Wallet.

Value and currency

Gift cards are issued in euros, in the denomination you select. If you pay in another currency, the price shown at checkout is the euro value converted at the current rate; the card itself holds the euro amount.

You can use a gift card in any country we sell to. When you spend it in a currency other than the euro, the balance is converted at the rate in force at that moment, so the local amount available may differ slightly from the amount originally paid.

Using a gift card

Enter the code in the gift card field at checkout. A gift card is a means of payment, not a discount: it can be combined with discount codes and promotions, and it can be used together with another payment method when the order total exceeds the balance.

You do not have to spend the whole balance at once. Any remaining amount stays on the card and can be used on later orders. The card's page shows what is left.

Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

Validity

Gift cards do not expire.

Cancellation and refunds

If you bought a gift card as a consumer and have not used any of its balance, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method. Write to us at the address below and include the order number. Once any part of the balance has been spent, the card can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

A gift card balance is not exchangeable for cash. Where an order paid for with a gift card is returned, the gift-card portion is refunded to the gift card, not in cash.

Lost cards and misuse

Treat the code like cash: anyone holding it can spend it. If you lose the email, you can request a copy from us and we will resend it to the address the card was issued to. We cannot restore a balance that has been spent by someone who obtained the code, and we are not able to replace a card whose code has been published or shared publicly.

If you believe a code has been compromised, contact us and we will deactivate the card. Deactivation is permanent; where a balance remains and the card has not been misused, we will issue a replacement card for that balance.

Gift cards bought before this store

Gift cards and gift vouchers issued by our previous online store remain valid and can be redeemed here with the code printed on the original voucher. They carry no expiry date. Under these terms they also keep any unspent remainder, which the previous store did not.
