Terms of Participation in Prize Draws

Organizer

The organizer of the prize draw is Gianna Bellucci d.o.o., Cesta dveh cesarjev 393, 1000 Ljubljana.

Duration of the Prize Draw

Entries for the prize draw are accepted until 18th August 2026 at 11:00. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered in the selection of the winner.

Conditions of Participation

The prize draw is open to individuals with permanent residence in Slovenia, aged over 18. The condition for participating in the draw is a purchase worth over €100 and a valid and completed order. If the participant fully returns or cancels their order, they no longer meet the conditions for participating in the prize draw and will be excluded from the draw.

Method of Participation

Participants follow the instructions published with the prize draw (e.g., follow the profile, comment, share a post, or subscribe to e-newsletter).

Prizes

Prizes are described in the individual post of the prize draw. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other equivalents.

Selection of the Winner

The winner will be selected randomly or by a jury, as stated in the rules of each game. The winner will be notified via contact details provided during participation. The winner will be selected and announced 30 days after the end of the entry collection.

Data Protection

By participating, the participants agree to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the game is concluded.

Liability

The organizer assumes no responsibility for any technical difficulties in conducting the prize draw.

Changes to Rules

The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of the prize draw if required by technical or legal reasons.

“Lifetime supply”

The winner of the “Lifetime Supply of Gianna Bellucci” prize will receive €100 in credit to their Gianna Bellucci user profile every month.

The credit will be allocated to the winner every month for a lifetime and can be used to purchase any products available in the Gianna Bellucci online store at the time of purchase.

The monthly credit of €100 can exclusively be used for purchases in the Gianna Bellucci online store and is non-cashable, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person or user profile.

To receive the monthly credit, the winner must maintain an active Gianna Bellucci user profile, linked to the email address used for participation in the prize draw, throughout the duration of the prize.

The prize is personal and belongs exclusively to the drawn winner. The rights to the prize cannot be sold, gifted, transferred, or otherwise assigned to a third party.

For the purpose of these rules, the term “lifetime” means the lifetime of the drawn prize winner.
