Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and eligibility

Welcome to the Gianna Bellucci Affiliate Program, operated by Gianna Bellucci d.o.o., Cesta dveh cesarjev 393, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“Gianna Bellucci”, “we”, “us”) and powered by Social Snowball. The program rewards affiliates and creators for referring new customers to giannabellucci.com. By applying to or taking part in the program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. You must be at least 18 years old and able to receive payments in your own name.
2. You must have an active social media account, website or other channel that you control, and the information you give us must be accurate.
3. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, and may move you between programs (for example by market or tier) at any time.
4. You join as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes and social contributions on any commissions you receive.

2. Commissions, discounts and payouts

1. You will receive a unique affiliate link (Safelink) and/or discount code. Commission is earned only on qualifying orders placed through your link or code, as tracked by Social Snowball. Our tracking records are final.
2. Your commission rate and the discount your audience receives are shown in your affiliate dashboard. We may change rates at any time and will notify you before the change applies.
3. Commission is calculated on the order value after discounts and excluding VAT, shipping and duties.
4. Commissions become payable only after a 30-day commission delay from the order date. Orders that are returned, refunded, cancelled or charged back during or after this period are deducted from your balance.
5. Self-referrals are not allowed: you cannot earn commission on your own orders or orders placed by you on behalf of others.
6. Payouts are made in EUR through the payout method we offer in the affiliate dashboard. You must provide accurate payout details; we are not responsible for payments lost due to incorrect details.
7. All commissions are subject to review. We may delay or withhold payment while we investigate suspected fraud or a breach of these terms, and void commissions earned through fraudulent, misleading or prohibited methods.

3. Promotion rules

1. Disclosure. You must clearly disclose your relationship with Gianna Bellucci in every post, story, video or page that promotes us, using the platform’s paid-partnership label and/or a clear tag such as #ad or #affiliate, as required by the laws of your country.
2. Honest claims. Do not make false, misleading or unverified claims about our products, prices or availability.
3. Brand bidding and paid ads. Do not bid on “Gianna Bellucci” or similar keywords in search ads, or run paid ads using our name or content, without our written approval.
4. Coupon and deal sites. Posting your link or code on coupon, cashback or deal sites (for example Honey, CouponBird or similar) is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate removal and loss of pending commissions. Please report any unauthorised use of your code to us.
5. Prohibited content and methods. Do not use spam, fake accounts, purchased followers or engagement, cookie stuffing or any other misleading technique, and do not promote us alongside hateful, violent, illegal or adult-explicit content.
6. Brand assets. Use our logos, images and other brand assets only as provided, without altering them, and in line with our brand guidelines.

4. Content rights and usage

You keep ownership of the content you create, and you grant us a broad licence to reuse content that features our products.

1. Licence. For any photo, video, text or other content you create that features Gianna Bellucci products or mentions our brand (“Content”), you grant Gianna Bellucci a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, crop, translate, publish and distribute that Content.
2. Where we may use it. This includes our website, social media accounts, email and SMS marketing, product pages, and paid advertising (including whitelisted or Spark/partnership ads run from your handle, where you have authorised access).
3. Duration. The licence lasts for 24 months from the date the Content is first published, and continues after that for Content already placed in organic posts on our own channels. Content in paid ads running at the end of the period may run until that campaign ends.
4. Credit. We will tag or credit you where the format reasonably allows, but are not required to.
5. No extra payment. Your commissions and any gifted products are full payment for this licence, unless we agree a separate paid usage deal in writing.
6. Your guarantees. You confirm that the Content is your original work, does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and that you have consent from every person shown in it, including for use in advertising.
7. Removal requests. If you ask us to stop using a specific piece of Content, we will stop placing it in new posts and ads within a reasonable time, without having to delete past posts.

5. Gifts, termination and legal terms

1. Welcome gifts. Approved affiliates may claim gifted products through the affiliate dashboard, subject to stock. Gifts are given in good faith to support content creation; we ask that you share content featuring them, but a gift does not guarantee a positive review. Gifts are not exchangeable for cash.
2. Termination. Either party may end your participation at any time with written notice (email is enough). We may remove you immediately for a breach of these terms. On termination you must stop using our brand assets and your affiliate link or code. Valid commissions earned before termination are paid after the 30-day delay; commissions are forfeited if you were removed for a breach.
3. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Gianna Bellucci is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data arising from the program. Our total liability is limited to the commissions paid to you in the 12 months before the claim.
4. Indemnity. You agree to cover any claims, costs or fines that result from your breach of these terms or of applicable law, including advertising disclosure rules.
5. Privacy. We and Social Snowball process your personal data (such as name, contact, social handles and payout details) to run the program, in line with the GDPR and our privacy policy at giannabellucci.com.
6. Changes. We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in your dashboard; continuing in the program after that means you accept them.
7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The competent courts in Slovenia have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
